I wanted to send a special thank-you gift to my downline members. So I created this Designer Series Paper Sampler from all the Papers in the Spring 2014 Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. And made it into a tablet with a cute cover. I loved how they turned out! I hope you like them too.
Cut the DSP to your desired size. The size shown here is 4″x6″. This way we were able to get 12 per package. I used a stiff piece of cardboard (the cardboard that comes in our DSP packs works great!) as the backing. Use 2 binder clips to hold your stack together. It’s very important that the top lines up straight. Using Rubber Cement, brush a good amount of glue along the top edge. Let these dry for a few minutes before removing the binder clips.
For easy reference I added a list of the DSP papers and the coordinating colors to the inside of the tablet.
I created my covers and added embellishments and once the rubber cement is dry they can be attached to the tablet. I did this with just a bit of sticky strip across the back.
It’s very cool to make your own tablet and just pull the individual sheets out as you need them.
I was very happy with the finished product — from the responses that I’ve received from my downline members, they were too.
