When I first looked at all the beautiful new Designer Series Papers in the Stampin’ Up! idea book & Catalog,
Nouveau Chic was not on my list of favorites. My first impression was….It’s not my style, and using it would certainly be a challenge!
But the more I play with it and when I see what others are coming up with, it’s becoming one of my favorites! Both of these cards were designed by my Friend and Partner in Design, Lucy Hartman.
