Ribbon Storage

Store your ribbons in style – this beautiful handcrafted Ribbon Rack sits on my table and is perfect for holding and displaying all the ribbons I use for paper crafting!

My husband custom built it to fit perfectly in the space I had.  I painted it with one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! colors – Coastal Cabana.

RIBBONHOLDER_2014It’s been such a popular item with my team members — I’ve convinced my husband to build a few more.

DownlineGift_2014

This is for one of my team members who has recently achieved a promotion and is doing a great job moving forward in her business.  She will receive this as a congratulatory gift!  I’ve left it unpainted so she can paint it to match the colors of her work area.

TAG

Just a quick close up of the tag.  Beautiful and Hand stamped of course!  Using one of my favorite Stamp Sets this year — Flower Patch.  I’ve included a list of supplies used to make tag below.  The following supplies are found in Stampin’ Up!’s current 2014-2015 Annual Catalog.  You can order anytime from my online store by clicking on any of the items below.  If you purchase any of the supplies used in making the tag from my online store, I’ll send you a tag project sheet.  It not only includes this tag, but 2 other large tags.

Thanks for checking in…I hope you’ve enjoyed the project!
Have a fabulous day and Happy Stamping!

Stampin’ Up! DSP Sampler Pack

I wanted to send a special thank-you gift to my downline members.  So I created this Designer Series Paper Sampler from all the Papers in the Spring 2014 Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure.   And made it into a tablet with a cute cover.  I loved how they turned out!  I hope you like them too.

Cut the DSP to your desired size.  The size shown here is 4″x6″.  This way we were able to get 12 per package.  I used a stiff piece of cardboard (the cardboard that comes in our DSP packs works great!) as the backing.  Use 2 binder clips to hold your stack together.  It’s very important that the top lines up straight.  Using Rubber Cement, brush a good amount of glue along the top edge.  Let these dry for a few minutes before removing the binder clips.

For easy reference I added a list of the DSP papers and the coordinating colors to the inside of the tablet.

I created my covers and added embellishments and once the rubber cement is dry they can be attached to the tablet.  I did this with just a bit of sticky strip across the back.

It’s very cool to make your own tablet and just pull the individual sheets out as you need them.

I was very happy with the finished product — from the responses that I’ve received from my downline members, they were too.
